Avail Engineers owner, Jesse Kephart, is a Minnesota native with over 35 years experience in the building and construction industry.  Prior to becoming an engineer, Jesse's background includes custom cabinetry, hand framing, timber frame, log homes, general contracting, and land development.  This diverse background provides meaningful context and expertise that supports the unique needs of each customer. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with wife Heather and son Silas.  Foraging, fishing and hiking are cherished activities for the Kephart family.
