Are you ready to launch your engineering career? We’re looking for a driven, curious, and detail-oriented Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our team and grow with us. Whether you're fresh out of school or looking to expand your hands-on experience, this is your chance to work on real projects that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Support design, analysis, and development of engineering projects under the guidance of licensed Professional Engineers

  • Assist with project documentation, calculations, and technical reports

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and collect field data

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program

  • EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with engineering software tools AutoCAD a plus

  • A team-first mindset with a passion for learning and growth

Engineer I

Location: Ham Lake, MN | Full-Time | Early Career


Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and apply your engineering knowledge to real-world challenges? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer I to join our growing team.


This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical foundation, a desire to learn, and a passion for turning ideas into impact. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to exciting projects, and build the skills you need to grow in your career.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects

  • Perform technical calculations and analysis under the guidance of senior engineers

  • Prepare drawings, reports, and specifications

  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project quality and timeliness

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program

  • 0–2 years of engineering experience

  • MN PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)

  • Working knowledge of relevant software AutoCAD, RISA a plus

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute as part of a team
